1) Which Countries we ship to?
United States, Canada, New Zealand Only.
2) Which shipping method is used?
We use USPS and FedEx Services.
3) How long is processing time and delivery time?
All Orders are shipped out on the 2nd business day and delivery time varies according to your choice of shipping method. Our shipping cut-off time is 10am ET on each working day and we do not ship out orders on the weekends.
4) How can I track my order?
We will provide you with a tracking number once your shipping label is created.
5) Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept PayPal payments only. Please note that e-check issued PayPal payments take 4-5 days to be cleared before shipment can occur.
6) Can I ship to another address other than my billing address?
Yes but we reserve the right to seek verification for your alternate shipping address.
7) What happens if i cancel my order?
For full refund of the order, you need to immediately do a international call to 011-679-9313818 any time and advise of your cancellation before your order gets shipped. If the order gets shipped before your call, then we will charge you for the shipping cost and refund the cost of the item only.
8) Do you accept returns?
We accept returns provided that the ordered items are returned in the same condition as it was shipped. We will provide full refund of the order if satisfied with the returned items. Please contact us to advise that you want to return the order. There will be a return address on the packaging when you receive your order.
